Special Events Happening in 2026 at the Horticultural Exhibit

^{NOTE: If you registered online between September 1st through midnight of September 15th, just bring your entry items to the express check in table at the Horticultural Pavilion during one of the “In Person” check in times to pick up your pre-made tags. You will just place your tags on your entries, place the items in the appropriate spots on the exhibit tables and then be on your way.}
Friday 6:00pm – 8:00pm: In person registration and entry items drop off for exhibitors that have registered online.
Saturday 9:00am – Noon: In person registration and entry items drop off for exhibitors that have registered online.
Saturday 1:00pm – Judging, the exhibitor entry tables will be closed for judging which takes place from 1:00pm until about 3:30pm however the pavilion will still be open to visitors to enjoy the various demonstrations, presentations and games.
Saturday 3:00pm – The Civil War Herb Lady will be at the Horticultural Pavilion throughout the festival with a special 30 minute presentation on Saturday but will also be available to coach interested spectators in creating their own “Tussie Mussie”
Sunday 2:00 pm Medicinal Herbal Demonstration by Lauren Banta
Sunday 2:30 pm Let’s Play Trivia (what year was the first farm festival? What tractor features Green and Yellow? Red and Gray? etc…- we have some fun garden related prizes this year – hope you will join us)
