Crafter Form

Want to sign up for a Crafter’s spot this year? Well, this is the place!

Setup Details

• Set up time is Friday 10am-6pm and Sat 7:30am-10am.
• All cars must be moved from the unloading area by 10am.
• The spots will be first come first serve.
• Each spot is 15 feet by 15 feet. If you need more space, you will need to pay for more spots.
• You may request a maximum of 4 spots in a row (rows will be marked).
• Per fire code, please remember you are responsible for bringing a fire extinguisher as well as your canopy and tables.
• If you require electricity, please bring extension cords as well.
• Shelter spots are no longer available this year as we are moving our Horticulture show to the shelter house.
• Please keep all items homemade. Nothing that is bought and resold unless you have done something to it to change it up.
• Parking will be by the trail or in the parking field behind the park as marked.
• Shuttles will be running to bring you down to the park.
• Please do not park in the turn around area in front of the park as that is for emergency vehicles only.

Submission Acceptance and Payment

• All submissions must be reviewed by our team and accepted before you’ll be able to pay for your spots – acceptance is not automatic!
• Once your submission has been approved, you will receive a link in email to pay for your spots online.

Terms and Conditions

• No stakes longer than 3 inches can be put into the ground.
• No profanity, obscene or drug related items. If we find anything of the sorts, you will be asked to remove the items. If you argue, you will be asked to leave.
• We reserve the right to ask you to leave for any reason, including but not limited to disrespect to the guests or any other vendors.
• No smoking will be permitted in the crafters area. If you choose to smoke please do so away from other crafters and visitors.

By signing this agreement you understand that Old Time Farming Festival is not liable for any damage done by weather to your items or tent. You also agree to follow the terms above.
